If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform. ### 2. **Vendor Eligibility and Requirements** - Vendors must be at least 18 years old and authorized to conduct business. - All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. - Vendors are responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to their industry and region. ### 3. **Vendor Account Responsibilities** - Vendors are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. - Vendors are fully responsible for all activities conducted under their account, including interactions with customers, campaigns launched, and any content shared. - Vendors agree to provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and other relevant details. ### 4. **Prohibited Conduct and Content** - Vendors may not use whatsDM to engage in: - False advertising or misrepresentation. - Sending spam or unauthorized marketing communications. - Sharing harmful, offensive, or illegal content. - whatsDM reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any content that violates these terms or may harm the platform’s reputation. ### 5. **Compliance with Laws and Regulations** - Vendors must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection, consumer rights, and anti-spam laws. - whatsDM is not liable for any vendor’s failure to comply with legal requirements related to marketing, customer communications, or privacy. ### 6. **Intellectual Property** - Vendors retain rights to their own content but grant whatsDM a license to display, promote, and use such content within the platform. - whatsDM’s logo, branding, and platform design are protected intellectual property, and vendors may not use them without prior consent. ### 7. **Service Limitations and Changes** - whatsDM may update, modify, or discontinue certain features or services at any time, with or without prior notice. - whatsDM does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality, though we strive to provide a reliable platform. ### 8. **Fees and Payments** - Vendors agree to pay any fees associated with the services provided by whatsDM, as outlined in the vendor fee schedule. - Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of vendor privileges. ### 9. **Limitation of Liability** - whatsDM is not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or interruptions resulting from the use of the platform. - Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless whatsDM from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their activities on the platform. ### 10. **Account Termination and Suspension** - whatsDM reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms or any harmful activity. - Vendors may also request account deactivation or termination by contacting whatsDM support. ### 11. **Privacy and Data Use** - whatsDM is committed to protecting user and vendor privacy.
